Bravo tango brain training

Bravo Tango Brain Training is the first mental health voice application made specifically for veterans, in an effort to ease the transition home after service and minimize barriers for veterans who want to work on their own mental health. BT was inspired by National Geographic's new series, and Martha Raddatz's best selling book, The Long Road Home: the untold a story of an event in the Iraq war, Black Sunday, April 4th 2004. The Google Assistant application is made up of six interactive, repeatable exercises targeted to help with specific challenges military veterans may face, including trouble sleeping, grounding, and loneliness. It is accessible through the Google Assistant either through a Google Home or any mobile phone. The exercises were created in partnership with Air Force combat veteran and psychologist Michael Valdovinos.
